Mill Valley Redux (2014 – Moxie short film)

When I was growing up in Mill Valley in the early 70's there was a hit Billboard song called "Mill Valley," by Rita Abrams and Francis Ford Coppola made the music video. It was the soundtrack of my childhood. For Odessa's 5th grade graduation in Mill Valley today, we remade the video. Big love for Odessa and her class. Yelp: With Apologies to Allen Ginsberg’s Howl (2011 – Moxie short film)

Yelp premiered along with Connected at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival and is included in The Journal of Short Films Volume 26. It received the Award of Excellence from the Best Shorts Competition and aired on Outside TV in 2011. Order the film.

 


The Tribe (2006 – Moxie short film)

The Tribe explores modern Jewish identity in the 21st Century and premiered at Sundance 2006 and won Indiewire's Sundance Critic's Choice Award. The film screened at over 100 film festivals and was the first documentary to reach #1 on iTunes. Life, Liberty & the Pursuit of Happiness (2003, re-released in 2012 – Moxie short film)

Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness premiered at Sundance in 2004 and was used by Planned Parenthood nationwide. The film was re-released in 2012 before elections. Order the Film.
